GT999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and GT999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the GT999 website located at gt999.plus and all related services including Casino, Sports betting, Bingo, VIP Programme, promotions and account management.

GT999 is an online entertainment platform. By accessing and using GT999, you agree that your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. GT999 operates in PKR and all account balances, deposits, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and GT999. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

• GT999 is accessible to adults aged 18 and over only.
• All activity on the platform is governed by the rules set out in these Terms.
• GT999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account that does not comply with these Terms.
• Continued use of GT999 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open a GT999 account and use the platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number and a valid email address.
• You must not have had a previous GT999 account that was closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee of GT999, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.

GT999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time including CNIC verification, proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active GT999 account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, CNIC numbers, devices or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. GT999 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

If duplicate accounts are identified, GT999 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately.
• Void all bonuses, free bets and bonus-derived winnings across duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any balance that was funded by or derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts.
• Return original deposits made with real money at GT999's discretion after a compliance review.

You are responsible for the security of your GT999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. GT999 customer support will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact GT999 support.

GT999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility.

4Deposits & Payments

GT999 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. All payment accounts used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your GT999 account. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered GT999 account holder — are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in your account dashboard at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your GT999 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Raast transfers are processed during standard banking hours and may take slightly longer outside of those windows.
• Bank Transfer deposits may take longer to credit depending on your bank's processing times. GT999 will credit your account once the transfer is confirmed on our end.
• GT999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

GT999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on deposits pending verification, particularly for new accounts or where unusual activity is detected. This is a security measure to protect players and the platform.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GT999 processes withdrawals in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer accounts held in your name.

• CNIC and payment method verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits that vary by payment method and VIP tier — current limits are shown in your account dashboard.
• GT999 does not charge platform fees on standard PKR withdrawals from fully verified accounts. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges.
• VIP tier affects withdrawal processing priority — Silver and above receive priority queue processing; Platinum and Elite VIP members receive full priority across all payment methods. See the VIP page for full details.
• Withdrawals requested outside standard processing hours — including certain bank holidays — may experience slight delays beyond the stated processing window.

GT999 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending an account review if there are grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, unusual activity patterns, or where a verification request has not been completed. In such cases, GT999 will notify you of the hold and the reason where it is permissible to do so.

6Bonuses & Promotions

GT999 offers bonuses and promotions including deposit bonuses, free spins on Casino slots, Sports bet boosts during Cricket and PSL events, and Bingo room specials. Each promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts and expiry periods. These terms are published on the Promotions page for each individual offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all GT999 promotions unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Uncompleted wagering at expiry will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided.
• Only one active welcome bonus per new account is permitted.
• Bonuses claimed using duplicate accounts will be voided regardless of whether they have been wagered through.
• GT999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, but any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus structures — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7Sports Betting Rules

GT999 Sports covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports with pre-match and live in-play markets. All Sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless GT999 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option on that specific market.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are shown at the time of placing and may vary by market, event and VIP tier.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays during live events. GT999 processes in-play bets as quickly as technically possible but cannot guarantee instant acceptance during high-traffic moments such as wickets, goals or end-of-over breaks.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum number of overs or periods specified in the market rules, GT999 will void affected bets and return stakes to your account balance.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with market prices due to a data or system error — will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• GT999 uses official score data and match results from recognised sports data providers. GT999's settlement of bets is final once confirmed against official results.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, data lag or technical glitches in the in-play platform is a breach of these Terms and will result in bet voidance and potential account suspension.

8Casino & Bingo

GT999 Casino offers slot games and Live Casino tables. Bingo rooms run across multiple sessions daily. All Casino games and Bingo operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers following standard game procedures. GT999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Casino game results are determined by RNG and are independent of previous results. Past wins or losses do not influence future outcomes.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to a void or refund of a completed game round.
• Bingo tickets are purchased for a specific room and session. Tickets are non-refundable once a session has started.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game that prevents completion of a Casino or Bingo round, GT999 will review the game logs and, where the outcome cannot be determined, void the round and return the stake.
• GT999 reserves the right to remove or replace Casino games and Bingo room configurations at any time without prior notice.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Casino games are available in the individual game information panels within the Casino section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

9VIP Programme

The GT999 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier progression is based on activity and wagering volume on the platform. GT999 determines tier eligibility criteria and may update those criteria with reasonable notice. Full current tier requirements and benefits are published on the VIP page.

• VIP benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, priority processing, exclusive Bingo rooms, enhanced bonuses and dedicated account management at Elite tier — apply from the date your tier is confirmed.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If your activity level drops below the threshold for your current tier, GT999 reserves the right to adjust your tier downward with advance notice.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to the registered account holder only.
• GT999 reserves the right to suspend or revoke VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

10Responsible Gaming

GT999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over. GT999 provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings.

• You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and a formal re-activation request has been submitted and reviewed.
• GT999 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts during the exclusion period.
• GT999 encourages players to play within their budget, take regular breaks and seek help if gaming is causing stress or financial difficulty.

11Privacy & Data

GT999 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering a GT999 account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy. Key points:

• Your personal data is collected for account management, verification, payment processing and fraud prevention purposes.
• GT999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data required for identity verification — including CNIC details — is stored securely and used only for account verification and compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting GT999 support, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12Changes to These Terms

GT999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, GT999 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.

Continuing to use GT999 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using GT999 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
